Took my car here to get a dent fixed. They provided great service by getting my car to their collision center and making my car look like new as it should’ve been when I bought it. Ty was helpful and secured a much needed loaner as the dent and door repaint took about a week. I’m very happy with the results and even at pick up service wasted no time. The refreshments area is also nicer than other Lexus dealerships I’ve been to.

My 1st service for my 2024 Lexus F Sport was a horrible experience! I provided the details to their customer care team on a call after my service and they stated this would be escalated to upper management. I used Temecula for convince I live and work in Temecula. But based on this bad experience I will take my business to Escondido service to be treated with professionalism and courteousness it's worth the drive for me now.
