My 90 year old father just purchased a new NX. It took four trips and three several hour days to complete the deal. Even after all of that the salesman had to deliver the car. The salesman was very pleasant and helpful. There were circumstances that caused delays. Lexus had a car brought in but it was not the color my father wanted. I take the blame for that.
