It was a little bit of a wait because it was very busy, but everyone was kind and considerate and the time seemed to go quickly. Vanessa and Fernando were excellent technicians. They was also very kind.
The waiting room was crowded but there was social distancing and it only took 30 minutes for them to call my name. Everyone working there was very friendly.
