RecommendedCame in. Filled out papers. Was no wait. Was quickly in and out. Tech was very friendly and kind. Did what was suppose and out fast. Was not hard to get appointment either. Did when was best for me. Would for sure go there again

I would give it a 5 except for the receptionist. As I was signing in, she asked if she could help me but was sitting at the back of the area and never looked up from her computer screen, so I didn’t know if she was talking to me or not. As she was asking me a few questions, she still barely looked up from her screen. Definitely could use some customer service training.
People from receptionist are not friendly enough at least greet the coming in patient.
I had a great experience here: both friendly and efficient. I was a new patient so it took about five minutes to get all the paperwork completed. By the time I finished the paperwork, I was called in to get my x-ray. I was in and out of the x-ray lab in under five minutes. When I returned to the front desk, they had a CD ready to take with me. I could not have asked for a better experience. This is what Service is all about.
