I chose the TV ER since online it showed a 3 minute wait to be seen. I went in due to experiencing excruciating abdominal pain and passing blood. I asked for a blanket twice because it was cold and I was dressed adequately in sweats, no blanket. When the Resident Dr. Shafer came to tell me my labs & CT were good, I had been dozing after a dose of morphine and was not thinking clearly to ask more questions. I was taken to Temecula Valley Hospital on Saturday 11/8/25 suffering from a significant state if confusion and I was diagnosed with a Urinary Tract Infection. The confusion was so bad I could not recall what the year was. I was admitted and a whole workup was done.
Everyone was kind, informed, and quick.
The entire staff at this hospital was beyond exceptional. The personal care and attention I received was more than I could’ve ever asked for. The most pleasant staff I’ve ever had in a hospital, true angels during a difficult time!
