The intake lady was just horrible (1st contact when you come into the ER/UC care building). I felt like being in a USPS office and asked what I want. No compassion. No engagement. Blunt and disconnected to the patients. I am a coach teaching customer relationships training and that was the worst I experienced. Sad! She deserves an “F” or 1-star. I was at Temecula valley hospital for a procedure. That procedure required a lot of poking prodding and shaving. What I wasnt expecting was the almost continuous ongoing, laughter throughout the halls of the cardiac department that came from the hilaroius script writers that doubled as employees (Angel's in disguise"including the front desk guide. My husband’s ER visit due to chest pains was processed quickly and he was subsequently admitted for more evaluation. Staff was caring and competent. We both appreciate their commitment to a high service level.
