I was very humiliated in this office in Hemet today. This doctor came recommended from a hospice nurse friend of mine; a past colleague. I had a lapse in my insurance and as a result ran out if diabetes and blood pressure meds. I started with calling on Monday and then selecting as my PCP Monday and described my situation. It started with them setting up a telephone appt and emailed me papers to set up account onkine. Dr. Curtiss Combs is the best!!! He is awesome with patients of all ages. He has cared for my senior mom and my own grand babies!
I have been a patient of Dr. Combs for 5-6 years. I went to see him the other day for a couple of problems. I got in immediately and was immediately attended to by a Physicians assistant who updated all of my history and then passed on to Dr. Combs all pertinent info. Dr. Combs came in shortly thereafter and answered all of my questions, and suggesting that I needed a specialist in a couple of areas. This group is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them as they always seem to go the extra mile for their patients. A few days ago I needed help with one of my medications and when I called the office Geoff answered the phone and was able to help me with what I needed. He was so gracious and definitely went the extra mile to help me!! Thanks guys for what you do every day for your patients. You are the best of the best!!
