Service Manager helped me as much as he could but GM should be responsible for replacing defective parts on the vehicle, my radiator was manufactured with a defective weld & was not covered fully under warranty.
A few days ago my Hummer had a light come up that said check high voltage system (Hummer EV)... just happened to be in Temecula. Went straight to the Temecula Valley Bucik GMC, thinking there is no way they will be able to see me same day without an appointment... I was wrong. They saw me and fixed the problem. Quin was my rep there and he did an amazing job. Kept me informed and was on top of everything.
The Temecula Valley Service team is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction and they do top-notch work when it’s pointed out to them. They ultimately fixed a very complicated and intermittent electrical issue with my truck camera system and removed iron toxins from the paint. However, it did take two visits from me and more time than expected to get the issue sorted out because they called me and said it was all ready when in fact it wasn’t, this was a bit frustrating. We have brought in our vehicle more times than we can count. The last few times we were assigned to Emerson. We explain all of the problems we are having, and he continues to lie and gaslight us into thinking we don't have any problems. He also claimed our brakes and rotors were bad and that it would cost us $830+ to fix. We explained that the brake monitoring system is bad not the brakes.
