Bill, my service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of, along with making sure I wasn't inconvenienced with being without a vehicle while repairs took place. He also had great communication keeping me updated and was extremely thorough in explaining what was going on with my car. I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the behavior of Assistant Service Manager Mike Rodriguez at this dealership. I have never been treated with such disrespect and hostility as a paying customer—especially after purchasing my vehicle from this exact dealership. My GMC vehicle is currently in the middle of a Lemon Law buyback process and has been classified as unsafe. I am currently in a loaner car (California Lemon Law).
