Completely dropped the ball with customer service communication multiple times. When we gave our concerns, the owner justified why he was right and not the customer. We found another tester that came out right away and was extremely friendly. The test was also cheaper by $20! Make sure to look around before committing. You’re yard may die while in the waiting process…
