I waited 35 minutes before my first call at which time I was told they would reach out to dispatch and would get back to me. 20 minutes later I called again and got same answer. 15 minutes later I called again and asked for a manager at which time I was told they would call me back. I reached out for carpet cleaning services and they quickly scheduled me for the next day. Two gentlemen came over and did an excellent job on my carpets. I have three little girls, and they were very patient with the kids being around and in the way. They were friendly, cost-effective compared to other carpet cleaners in the Temecula area, and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. Taylor arrived right on time and was extremely professional, quickly transforming our incredibly dirty carpets. With three dogs and three kids, my carpets had really taken a beating.
