The team arrived exactly when they said they would and honored the special carpet cleaning deal with no problems. I called last minute, but they managed to fit me in quickly, which I really appreciated. We have a little dog who made a mess of the carpet upstairs, but they were able to get almost all the stains out. I called Temecula Rug & Upholstery late one afternoon when my water heater leaked and soaked my basement carpet. Damon, Arthur, and Taylor arrived quickly, within an hour, and got right to work.
