I used to bring my stepchildren here regularly, and they always enjoyed their visits and left happy. Unfortunately, the quality of care has noticeably declined over the past year. Appointments now feel rushed, with very little warmth or engagement from the hygienists. The doctor only spends about three minutes with them, and their cleanings were finished in less than five minutes. I have been going to this practice for 3 years and today's experience fell short from the previous ones. Dr. Smith is an exceptional dentist. However, the cleaning process with the hygienist today was under 1 minute ( I brush my son's teeth longer at home and more thorough than what she did today and that is not an exaggeration) not to mention I had to remind her to floss his teeth because she went ahead and applied the varnish without completing the entire cleaning process. Amazing experience for my 3 year old and 21 month old boys! They were just amazed at this place from the second we walked in the door! They put their names on a cute board welcoming them, they had games and movies in the lobby so they were immediately excited to be there. They walked them through a cute little small door for their appt. The room where they clean their teeth was painted with an ocean scene. We just had our first appointment here and we couldn't have been happier. The waiting room is welcoming and our son was drawn to the ball display immediately. The staff and Dr. Smith were so patient, calm, and understanding. There is no pressure and they really go off of your child and their emotions. Overall, we were really thankful and appreciated the experience because our son left saying, "the dentist is fun." They don’t maintain appointment time. I had appointment for my daughter at 3pm and we were given room right after we arrive. But the doctor didn’t show up until 3:50pm. That too after I checked with couple people and front desk finally he doctor showed up. Me and my wife both had meetings at 4pm and we need to cancel because of that. No apologies from the late arrived doctor.
