I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Management needs to better prepare and train their employees on basic professionalism and customer engagement. When I arrived, there were three employees present one at each station and none of them acknowledged us. They were not on the phone or assisting other clients, yet completely ignored our presence. I took my car in for an oil change.. THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME AND WONT GIVE ME A REFUND. I’ve called 5 times… spoke to 2 people.. kept being ran around saying the manager will be call me…. THEY STILL WONT GIVE ME A REFUND ON THE CARD THEY Wasn’t supposed TO CHARGE! and it’s been over 3 months
