Ordered a manual for the bike months ago. Called Friday too see why it hasn't been shipped. They found it sitting on a shelf. They said they'd overnight it with a 11 am delivery Saturday. Called UPS. They never got it. Called the parts dept. They said they dont know any thing about it and to call back Monday. Amazing every transaction with them has issues. They're more than happy to apologize rather than provide quality service.
I recently purchased my first rzr and can't believe how easy it was! the only place to buy from. I also purchased a sea doo sparks and they delivered it. I can't to buy something else .
Just purchased my 2nd Razor from Temecula Motorsports and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Got a great OTD Price on a 2017 RZR 1000 XP4 and they delivered it the same day. Thanks again and if and when I buy a 3rd, it will be with you guys.
