On July 30 1:15pm I had an appointment for maintenance on my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe calligraphy. My vehicle service was completed within an hour, and I left the service department. As I got into my vehicle, I had to reset a couple of things on my dashboard thought maybe the battery has been checked but everything seemed OK! Very good customer service
Let me start by saying I’ve taken my car here a handful of times over the last few years, and the service staff has always been kind and helpful. However, after my most recent experience, I’d caution people to get a second opinion on any mechanical recommendations. I brought my car in yesterday for a routine oil change. About an hour later, I received a call saying the car was almost ready, but that “the battery was bad” and they had to keep jumping it.
