Very good customer service
Let me start by saying I’ve taken my car here a handful of times over the last few years, and the service staff has always been kind and helpful. However, after my most recent experience, I’d caution people to get a second opinion on any mechanical recommendations. I brought my car in yesterday for a routine oil change. I had a not so great Saturday due to my 12V system failing on my Ioniq 5. I had my car towed overnight to here and came in Sunday morning to talk to service. This place hands down has the best customer service I’ve ever received at a car service center. Everyone from the person at the counter to the technician that tested my 12V battery was extremely courteous and helpful. Great service from the time I pulled up for my oil change till the time i left..Love the new look and the fact that I could watch everything they where doing to my car on the tv. They even washed an vacuumed my car after the oil change.
