The gentleman I spoke with was one of the rudest business owners I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Just called to get an estimate. First this guy answered the phone like he just woke up. Very unprofessional. Than when I asked if he would be willing to come and give me an estimate he said that he would have to charge for the estimate. When I told him that I had called him because he was local and I expected a free estimate He proceeded to say that he was not interested and hung up on me. Very rood to say the least.
James has done a lot of work for us over the years. Very courteous and professional. He's also done some amazing work for my other relatives including carpet installation, lighting fixtures, and painting projects. Everything was A+ work, will def. use him again for any projects in the future!!!
