Rude and shitty mechanics.
I took my truck to them and weren't able to do much to it even though they had the truck for mouths and still had the nerves to not put my truck all back together.
I didn't actually get service at the shop but the gentleman that took my call was EXTREMELY helpful. I have a little diesel, 2.8l duramax, which they don't service, however, I was given information to help troubleshoot my issue. Having someone that is even willing to have a discussion is rare but not here!! Thank you so much!
I have been going to Temecula Diesel since 1991, and in that time that Ken, Bower owned it, he always ran as a 4.5 to 5 star operation. Ty , for your information I was lucky I made it to AZ.. When I called you about the steering problem, it was the steering box, but after they repaired it they noticed another oil leak which was coming from the middle of the motor area.
