The team here at Temecula Creeks Villas are very quick, helpful, informative and above all personable. One morning I noticed the water heater wasn't working. I called the office and Enrique from maintenance quickly arrived. He noticed immediately that the unit had to be replaced and within 45 minutes it was swapped out. Excellent service. I really appreciate it.
We’ve lived here over two and a half years and any time we need something fixed/replaced, the incredible maintenance team is on top of it! Enrique came out to our unit today to fix some things, and is always so helpful and friendly. Jeff has helped us a lot before as well, these guys are so knowledgeable and kind and can handle any task. I’ve been looking to move in the area and out of all the properties I’ve toured and people I have been working with Olivia was the most helpful and made the experience very easy and pleasant. Such a beautiful lady inside and out!
