Would not recommend him to anyone. Does not listen, seems rushed and uninterested. Has a level of arrogance when you question him. Does not review test results until you are there to get the results, and you will not get a call when the results are there, you are expected to call them.
Two separate physicians recommended that my husband see Dr. Teman. One close friend, and two friends of friends also had been to him and recommended him highly. My husband had been to another neurologist after his concussion, who just dismissed his symptoms as post concussion syndrome. Dr. Teman listened intently to what was happening. Dr. Teman told us that he felt Joe was having seizures, proved it by EEG, put him on medication and the episodes stopped. We're thankful for having met Dr. Teman.
Excellent physician. Woke up, started dragging my leg one day. No pain. Orthopedist referred me to Dr. Teman who told me that based on exam I needed MRIs of brain and spine. He diagnosed me with MS. He showed me my MRI images. I live 1/2 time in NJ, and went to a neurologist back home who confirmed the same, and agreed with the medication treatment initiated by Dr. Teman. I'd give this Coral Springs doc 5+++ stars. My wait time was nothing--I was the first afternoon patient.
Dr Teman diagnosed my mom Mary with ALS many years ago after she went undiagnosed by a few drs who thought she had carpal tunnel disease. He was so compassionate when he had to deliver the heartbreaking news to my 50 year old mom. He is a great combination of brains and compassion!
Excellent Neurologist. Took him time to evaluate my case, review past records and MRI films I brought in, and clearly explained to me and my wife all we needed to know. Plus he answered all our questions. Felt very comfortable under his care.
He listens to all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable doctor.
Great doctor. Took the time to put the puzzle together. Looked at the MRIS, examined, listened, did a EMG test right then and there. Moms metastatic cancer was the problem not her chemo induced neuropathy. Patients in the waiting room were upset they were delayed. The question was why can't mom walk. The answer was delivered. Next step radiation to brain. Hope the people in the waiting room had only minor problems!
He saved my life. Enough said.
I presented to Dr Teman with symptoms that have been coming and going over the last two years. He thought I had MS, proved it by MRI, and now I'm meds and doing great. Thank you Dr Teman
