My name is Robin and I've been with Temah since October 18th of 2020 for. I made a mistake before I got to Tema and had to go to prison for 6 months and if it weren't for Temah healthcare services I don't believe I would have gotten parole. They wrote me a wonderful letter and the director and a few of the staff members stating contact with me during my incarceration. The Director is VERY unprofessional, he yells at the clients and staff members, he's also fraternizing with one of the clients while being married. Claims to NOT have to provide transportation for clients to attend groups, nor any other important appointments regarding client's recovery. He also requires 30% of the client's income for rent, but when they have a housing authority appointment. Unprofessional! They don't know what they're doing, even the receptionists. My provider is available on Saturdays ONLY. I had a virtual appointment today at 12pm Mon, Sept 1 and no one sent a link or I never got a call. Now I understand that it is Labor Day but why say that you can take me. I have a life and have to take time out of my day for a VIRTUAL appointment that didn't happen. I've been trying to get an appointment about my condition since August 18th. I am NEVER going here again. WASTE OF TIME
Listen when i tell you this Temah is hands down the best multi treatment program i ever attended. I attended five or more programs and Temah takes the cake. I was able to really accomplish some things there. Mentally and also spiritually. And i’m very proud of myself and how far i’ve come.
