Disrespectful and rude.. never met anyone in medical field who was as rude
Absolutely the most disrespectful, most arrogant so called "professional" I have ever met! I will NEVER take my elderly mother to her again. She was rough while cutting my mother's nails, she even made her bleed at one point! Mom told her she was hurting her and she didn't back off at all! Never again! My mother is 98 and certainly deserves to be treated much better than this! Shame on you Dr. Hernandez!
