First time seeing Dr. Rajaat Gidda and she cancelled my appointment and charged me $50 for being 10 minutes late! There was problems in the subway. And the irony of all of that if I want to dispute this charge I need to talk to her and I need to take another appointment with her! That is very poor support and flexibility.
Nadine couldn’t tell to my face that by arriving 9 minutes late I would be charged $50 for missing my appointment! They didn’t accept to attend me late and that was very poor support, considering there was problems in the subway.
Very disappointing experience. This clinic has virtually no way for patients to reach reception for support or make appointment changes. Despite making every effort to contact the clinic, I was charged a no-show fee even though I was only a few minutes late and told there was no way to dispute it. I need a new family doctor and saw this place was taking new patients. The doctor I saw for my intake refused to prescribe me some of the meds I've taken for years and told me medical information about my genetic illness that's 25 years out of date, then tried to say "That's how it is the UK." No it isn't. The chair of my diseases foundation is English.
