My family doctor at this clinic, who I love, has been on mat leave for the last year. I’ve been seeing a bunch of doctors here during that time and they have all been amazing. Front staff are very professional as well. Minimal wait times, and a great app you can use to easily book appointments (video and in person) which is super convenient for me.

Avoid at all costs... I am honest. I own a clinic our west, we went above and beyond to help one of their patients get his labs done in Ontario. A minor error occured and myself, my staff, and the mutual patient were threatened, harassed, and accused of some sort of malevolent motive. So terrible we had to find the patient a new clinic, staff were traumatized and unable to work. I have never encountered anyone in healthcare as insensitive and cruel as this Clinic Physician and Staff.
Horrible clinic🤣 They will cancel your appointment on the same day, or forgot your online appointment and let you wait for 2 hours. However, when you are only 10 minutes late they will refuse to see you and charge you $50. Deena El-Shirbiny and Tanzila Basrin are both horrible 🤣
Worst experience ever, paid my doctor note but couldn’t get it, and was waiting in the line for almost one hour, no one answered
