Partners phone was playing up by not wanting to re install apps and took over 20 mins to shut down and re start. Rather than using the play and protect which we pay for the staff wanted us to take the phone to the mall phone tech's. We finally got telstra to replace the phone but we had to take it and change all the info from old phone ourselves as according to telstra shop it would take over 1.5 hours for the change over ( Actual time took 30 mins).
