I have a fully functional voip system, I just want the details to plug into the system when I move into my new premises. I get told that I have to pay $100s of dollars for new phones and a technician to set up the system.
Very disappointed to learn that after ringing the Hindmarsh office on the 20th of May and being told the credit on our Loyalty Fund will remain after contract expiry was untrue. This was only realised last week when wanting to use the funds to purchase another i-phone for our business. Spoke to complaints line to be told nothing could be done, not even apologising for being mislead. Absolute joke, lost my company $694 in credit against a new mobile.
Disappointed and let down is the best way I can describe my experiences with Telstra over the last 3 years. My small business took out Telstra's Cyber Security program through its subsidiary Dragonfly Technologies. $1800 per month, over 3 years, and so far all I have had is 6 meetings and a Cyber Policy written up. For the last year I have been unable to get hold of Dragonfly (apparently their arrangement with Telstra has ended) and no one replies from the Telstra Business Centre!!
