I am so grateful that I found this location. Stefany has helped me TREMENDOUSLY!! I have had back issues for so long. Unable to move around, headaches and just miserable pain. Ever since I started therapy, my back pain has improved drastically. Stefany has helped pin point the cause of my problems. Her helpful tips and exercises have made me feel 100 times better. I can honestly say I feel like a patient not a number. I would not go anywhere else! I love it here and would recommend this location hands down!!

It is with great excitement that I write this review for Sara at Telos Physical Therapy. For the past number of years, I have had numerous issues with my knee after a surgery that happened over 15 years ago. Over the past month, Sara and I have been definitely working hard together to get my knee moving and feeling better. She has been a tremendous help and I am definitely looking forward to continuing to work with her. I may hate being assigned "homework" by Sara, but she has been instrumental with my knee issue.
Stefany always makes you feel comfortable and welcome! Her knowledge and expertise has you leaving her office feeling one step closer to recovery and hopeful for the future! As a trainer with many sports related injuries, Telos is a must visit!!!
