Agree with Tim and all below. I've previously been very happy with this company, but since the pandemic, they don't seem to be processing samples nor do they issue refunds. I've called their customer service 7-10 times over the last 2 years and have also emailed them with no response. If anyone does go the BBB reporting and class action lawsuit route, I would join it.

The class action lawsuit against this company needs to happen. I tested back in 2019, sent in my results and only got back the health analysis. The ancestry test results are nowhere to be seen. I spent $200 and got nothing!!
This is the most fraudulent business I've ever dealt with. They took money, took blood (literally), then never responded again. What kind of business practice is this? Thankfully, credit card disputes went in my favor, but they never issued a refund, never gave me the results of my testing, and never did so much as return a phone call or respond to an e-mail.
Just as everyone else who's reviewed this company, my blood sample was sent to them in 2020, and they claim they've never received it. I've been trying for over 2 years to get a new test sent to me so that I can re-submit my sample. They don't respond to emails ever. This company is obviously a total fraud at this point and there should be a law suit, imo. They should also be reported to the BBB. I can't recommend this company at all.
