Went to buy children’s medicine. Said they needed to order it, but I found it on the shelf. Then apparently it “wasn’t in the system.” What kind of weird sketchy pharmacy doesn’t have the ability to sell their in stock and very common children’s medicine. Oh but I could come back in a few hours if I wanted. Don’t waste your time.

I dont usually post any reviews. But this is an exception since I never heard someone so dead and angry in the way they spoke. I asked about a medication availability. The person who picked up had a very angry fed-up tone and yelled “EXCUSE ME?” then just gave me a monotone answer “we don’t” and hung up abruptly. Online listing says the medication is available in that specific location. The lady didn’t even bother to get more clarification or give additional help to the specific medication I wanted or any other alternatives.

The Pharmacist and her staff are absolutely the best. They have always gone above and beyond to provide what is needed for my son's medicines. I have never, ever worried about not getting his medicines because they are special and have specific directions to even dispense. Thank you Linh for the amazing things you do for not only me and my family, but for everyone.
