Horrible!!! I will never take my dog here ever again. I specifically asked her for a trim, telma kept assisting that my dog was matted up which she wasn’t and later called and said she had to go lower because it was knots. I brush my puppy everyday so she was definitely not knotty. She didn’t know what was doing to cut all my dogs curly fur off. They trim my cats nails in what feels like 30 seconds. I have no idea how, trying this myself is a death wish. Thank you to the people at Telma’s

My cat was matted due to me not living at home and nobody was able to brush him. Hes never been groomed before and has alot of anxiety and aggression when it comes to grooming. They were able to get all of his matting shaved off and his haircut it’s very blended as well! He meowed the whole way there in the car and on the way back he took a nap and was very very lovey afterwards. i can tell he feels so much better and he’s not in so much pain!
