Two trips to their service dept to line up service for my zero turn twice amber took my name and phone number with a promise to call and arrange a pickup. That was over a month ago, still no call. I guess everything I’ve heard about them is true. I will call kubota and see if they work on John Deere equipment.
Excellent. Huge improvement with the new staff Keith & Stacy! Keith goes above & beyond for you. They unloaded my equipment, walked me through everything and stayed in touch while work was in progress. Quick turnaround time. Happy and friendly atmosphere.
Not only did they have our mower for overr 3 months they put parts on it that it didn't need. They didn't deal with the issue we brought it in for until we insisted. Now we are having it fixed again after only having it back 3 weeks. They put a wrong carburetor on the mower.
Several months ago we had a terrible experience with this Tellus location. We decided to give them one more try this February. WHAT A PLEASANT CHANGE! The new general manager, Stacy is very professional and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and the community. She has built a great new service department here. Amber, the service office girl is friendly and helpful. The mechanics genuinely seemed happier to be there. Happy to be Tellus customers again!
