Purchased a new unit through a combination of visiting a local store and online sales consultant, Allison Renfroe-Roberts. Allison was instrumental in facilitating the sale and delivery. I'm sure there was a coordinated team fulfilling each role. My interactions with Allison as quarterback of the detailed, month-long transaction, were superb. I've hired many sales consultants over the 40 years of my HR career. Tellus is fortunate that I retired recently, lol.
Went to three different Tellus locations looking to buy a tractor. 2 of the 3 salesmen had somewhat sense what I needed but were still not confident in what they were selling. Unfortunately, follow-up dropped off completely and I got tired of reaching out. Ending up going to a completely separate dealer to complete my order.
It's a shame watching this company fall apart. Blatant incompetence and poor leadership. I want to be clear - I'm referring to the corporate office, the people who are running this outfit, not the dealerships
Went in for a deck drive belt for a zero turn armed with the correct model and part number. Somehow was still given the incorrect part which I realized when I went to repair and had to drive all the way back to the location. Go to return the part for the correct one.. $134, okay well I can find it online only for <$20, guy behind the counter tells me can't be, that's a $70 part. Interesting how it was just double the price before I asked.. way to try and rip off good potential customers. 👍
Two trips to their service dept to line up service for my zero turn twice amber took my name and phone number with a promise to call and arrange a pickup. That was over a month ago, still no call. I guess everything I’ve heard about them is true. I will call kubota and see if they work on John Deere equipment.
