I am very impressed with this dealership. Everybody is friendly especially the general manager. The showroom and parts area are clean and orderly. Everyone was open with their knowledge which gives me confidence with my service and repairs.

Extremely unsatisfied with the service department at the Seguin location, we ordered a part in person last week, we were told the part was ordered and should be in within 3 days. We have spent this whole week calling to check on the part to see if it had come in, we have talked to the customer service line, left messages, voicemails and no return phone call. We live almost an hour away and finally gave up today and went in person, where we were told that the part HAD NOT been ordered. We are still waiting to see if they can ... read more

This is exactly what small-town shopping is supposed to be like. I just purchased two new John Deere mowers, and working with Jim, the Sales Manager, was an absolute pleasure. Even more impressive—the same gentleman who sold my dad his mower 23 years ago is still there. That kind of consistency and dedication says it all.

I originally purchased my John Deere 1025R from Tellus because they were the only dealer with it in stock at the time. The salesperson I worked with was knowledgeable, and I was satisfied with the buying experience. Later, when I had an issue with the rear arms not being able to support weight, they picked up my tractor, repaired it, and returned it free of charge under warranty, which I appreciated.
