Thieves. They sold my husband the wrong part and then charged him a $40 "restocking" fee. Gave him a print out explaining changes in parts on the tractor AFTER the fact. So, the original part was not good and instead of a recall, they change the part and don't tell you.
Took my father’s riding mower to get service done on it. Talked to this gentleman named Jacob, all I can say is that the service department exceeded my expectations. Very respectful & within a couple days I got my mower back. Fast & friendly.
Don’t bother with this place, bought a Stihl Farm Boss chainsaw from them. Started it and 2 minutes after it was started caught on fire. Sales rep told me it was user error (my fault) and to contact corporate Stihl and that they could not help.
