The visit there was such a waste of time. We were there in hopes to purchase a tractor that we were told they had available, but their equipment was so badly cared for, sun damaged. And the associates there had little to no knowledge, no booklets/literature available on their equipment. Very unprofessional, waited for I guess who was the manager to show up and he finally showed up after about 30 minutes of us being there. No plans of ever going back to Brownsville location, totally a waste of time.
Hard to get ahold of over the phone, loaded a discbine out of there 2 weeks ago, helped load and remove a hitch at no charge.
Thieves. They sold my husband the wrong part and then charged him a $40 "restocking" fee. Gave him a print out explaining changes in parts on the tractor AFTER the fact. So, the original part was not good and instead of a recall, they change the part and don't tell you.
Took my father’s riding mower to get service done on it. Talked to this gentleman named Jacob, all I can say is that the service department exceeded my expectations. Very respectful & within a couple days I got my mower back. Fast & friendly.
