Delicious assorted truffles, great flavor pairings. Also real tempered chocolate, which many Americans aren’t familiar with, sadly thinking chocolates with a “meltier texture” due to additives are *better*. Real tempered chocolate has a snappy texture that melts on the palate slowly. These guys are the real deal!

A friend mailed me some recently. I've tasted better. They were a bit waxy, didn't melt in my mouth. But otherwise nice concept on the shape of chocolate though.
Telluride Truffle is one of a kind - amazing Belgian chocolate, delicious combinations, unique presentation. My favorite is the Timberline - reminds me of my first scoop of chocolate and orange gelato in Siena, Italy. It just can't be beat. Can't wait to try all of the Fourteeners.
Now this is real chocolate!! Best chocolate I've ever tasted!!! And I'm a bit of an "expert" on chocolate goodness. Can't wait to go back and get some more!!
Wish I bought more. One of a kind truffles that you just can't get anywhere else. Will definitely be ordering some to be shipped at least until our next visit to Telluride.
