Cancelled on me 3x due to his lack of consistent childcare. I was understanding at first. Then he refused to offer the same courtesy when I had a family emergency saying " it was at his discretion' Despite giving him notification at 8am on the day of my afternoon appointment by both text and voicemail. Unfortunately, not being provided for until after 1:30, I was almost late returning to school for a 2:00 meeting and had no time to discuss the excessive charge. Doctor Casey saved my vacation (and maybe my whole summer.) Wrenched my lower back badly a week prior to a trip that I went on anyway to be stubborn, even tho I couldn't walk or carry anything without bad pain. Casey listened, helped to reassure me where I was nervous, and then proceeded to unlock my entire body, hips to neck. Walking around town now pain free. Couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend.
