DO NOT LIVE HERE! The rooms facing the courtyard get no privacy and it is ridiculously loud all the time and they don’t do anything about it! Also our couch was broken when we moved it and they tried to blame it on us and a lot of the outlets don’t work but they won’t fix them. they also said they cleaned the floors and carpets but when i moved in my feet were black from walking on the carpets, it’s disgusting. nice location and good bc it’s furnished and personally i think the water pressure in the shower is good but those ... read more
A seamless experience from start to finish. Signed a lease for our daughter (Senior year). Office staff (Jessi and Shanda) were extremely communicative and detail oriented. Once she moved in Kevin (Maintenance) was very helpful in making repairs and providing paint upon move out. Can't beat the location. Highly recommend.
