This was the worst experience of my whole life; freezing cold rooms, no therapy, no TV, not even permission to walk around, you have to beg for water. Go there if you want to feel like drinking if and when you get out. This place is worse than jail. I went there because cops thought I was suicidal, which I'm not. DON'T EVER GO THERE IF YOU AREN'T FORCED LIKE I WAS. THEY ALSO "LOST" MY $500 North Face coat when they finally let me leave. Nice!!! If I could give this place a NEGATIVE review, i'd give it. Horrible, life trau... read more

When I found myself reaching out for help, terrified I couldn’t keep living I ended up at Tellurian. While I was there staff was so amazing, I had one staff member that spend a good 2 hours talking with me, helped me calm down. The staff at Tellurian are amazing, they aren’t afraid to share personal stories, you don’t feel judged by anyone. When I needed a safe place they were able to provide that for me. ❤️

Business response:

We're so glad you're feeling better! Thank you so much for your kind words! We appreciate you taking the time to do that.

they don't know how to deal with insurance companies. They make assumptions that the situation is not as bad as it really is. They were no help.

I have worked at Tellurian for close to a year now, and it feels great to help people everyday. It's my job! You don't know what learning opportunity, or, rewarding experience, each day will bring. Tellurian provides so many different services, helped so many people and will continue to make a difference in many lives.

I was forced to stay in the Care Center two weeks ago under chapter 51. My clinician was inattentive. I had been diagnosed with schizophrenia (which I now know was incorrect), but no one lifted a finger to challenge the diagnosis. They forced me to take antipsychotics. My stay was very boring - no internet, no job hunting, no programming computers, just waiting and waiting. They dragged their feet with discharge planning, meaning I had to stay two weeks instead of one. At least, the food was good.
