Had 2 watches serviced at this location back in 2018. I lost the ticket and after 7 years Edgar had the watches still stored properly. I picked them up Jan 2025. Very professional service, very organized store, polite staff, and a clean environment. I will be returning for more specialized work in the future. Would recommend 👌

I went to Tello to have an engagement ring custom made because they were local to me and I think that's important. Edgar and his team did a great job bringing the vision to life and he always stayed in communication along the way. The result is a SPECTACULAR ring; my fiancee (now wife) was blown away, saying it's literally perfect. I still catch her glancing at it often lol. Thanks a bunch!

If I could have gave them one star I would. I brought a necklace in for a loop to be put on as it had broken near the clasp. I was told it would take a couple of days. After not hearing from them thirteen days later I showed up at the store. I was told it would be done later that day and that if I didn't come back they were off for the rest of the week.
