I brought my wedding set to get resized and the first thing they told me was I was overcharged and the set was poorly made... interesting way to treat a first time customer. Then I needed the rings resized two sizes larger... and they quoted me half the price of the original ring. I felt they took advantage of my lack of knowledge about jewellery.
It seems the ownership has changed. Which is fine. Very friendly Folks. The wait time to expand my wedding band was a bit longer then expected. Around 4 to 5 weeks. But the final product was perfect. Better then new ! The jewler is excellent. Workmanship is perfect. Need a place to fix your stuff, Tello is the place.

I went to this jewelry store because they were 'highly recommended' and was completely disappointed with their service. I ordered a family ring from them in May, was told it would be ready in about 4 weeks. Every time I visit the front sales rep is courteous and helpful. The Jeweller always accommodates my repair requests quickly and efficiently.
