Telligen is honestly among the worst things to happen to medical care. Companies like them "keep costs down" by the same old strategies of deny, delay, and drown in bureaucractic nightmares of paperwork. I loathe their existence as a provider and a patient.
The ACTUAL mission of Telligen is to limit the amount of access to healthcare city of Chicago employees receive. They are unethical, intrusive, and rigid.
Unfortunately, I have to give one star when I wish I could 0 or negative stars. I am a licensed psychiatric provider with a license to diagnose psychopathologies in the state of Illinois. Telligen is predatory and punitive. Telligan forces me to write entire psychiatric letters and violate HIPAA every 7 weeks for any employee of The City of Chicago who is not employed through Chicago Public Schools (CPS). This company is really the worst of the worst. The doctors and people who run it have zero understanding of medicine and how ongoing issues work. I would never work for this company, let alone do business with them.
