I needed an ultrasound after a medical procedure to check healing for a followup appointment. After a lengthy process to get all the needed information, they made an appointment for me . Only a week before the appointment (and too late to schedule somewhere else in time for the followup appointment), they cancelled the appointment saying they didn't do the procedure. I wish they had done their job initially. It cost me the necessary information for my follow up.
Had a CT scan scheduled for 9:30, they called me in at 10:20.
I stayed as an inpatient at LDS hospital. The staff did not treat me well, it took over 32 hours for me to get access to all of my medication, and I was constantly discriminated against and micro aggressed against while i was there.
The ER staff has been playing on their phones. Not that crowded either. Hire more Drs. This is more like a clinic than an emergency room.
Worst ER in the country
Logan Regional has a good NICU, and we have been thankful for that with the means they had. That being said, I can agree with the other reviewers on here when they say there can be a lack of professionalism in the workplace at this hospital. Ive been to Logan regional twice in 6 months, both times i had to stay a couple days. The facility and food service is perfect. The nurses were very professional. I felt I was in excellent hands.
Everyone that I had the opportunity of meeting at Spectrum during my appointments was very professional and friendly. I want to specially mention the MRI Tech Dani who took very good care of me!
It was a nightmare....the elevators in the "parking garage" were not working and was told they never fix them....I finally found a nurse in the garage that was kind enough to walk me through the miles and miles of big doors and long long long hallways with no benches, chairs, or rails....and thought I would collapse before getting to the office....finally arrived at the first floor in an office but dont know whose office it was...they got me some oxygen and took me in a wheelchair to my doctor's office.
