I took down my original post don't let me just say again, this is the worst establishment! Management is a power trip that loves to threaten evictions and her connections with the city codes officer. Even though they've been out of compliance since December. Jpp property Management just bought this place from Huff management knowing all the damage. Horrible new owners. If they can't fix a maintenance issue they evict you. They are never in office. Does not care Abt the people only profits. Will charge you more rent bc you have housing assistance. And the grounds look awful.
Very bad management they like to do surprise inspections they are required by law to give a 24 hour notice not just unlock your door and just invite themselves in there’s absolutely no pest control with this new management Jpp partnership the dumpster situation is getting out of hand they prefer to use a landscape dump trailer as a dumpster and there’s barely any management on site they here mostly here 3 days out of the month and using one of the units for their private office
