RecommendedI was on a seriously tight budget to get the tires replaced on my truck, and they worked with me. I went with some cheap (I only drive 1500 miles a year) tires from online, drop-shipped to them, and they mounted and balanced them for a good price.
Very disappointed. Picked out new tires with the owners assistance. Tires do not fit my car properly and make all kinds of noise. Went back and the owner wanted me to buy a new set from him (!!) and sell the old ones myself. If they were a professional operation, they should have advised me that they did not fit when they put them on, instead they let me drive away like that and are confrontational when I called to discuss the loud scraping noise from inside my bumper when I go over bumps, turn or its cold out. Teller Tire was very horrible to my Father. They accused him of lying. Told him that it’s his fault and his cars fault for the stripped lug nuts. My Father has been working on vehicles for many, many years. He knows what he is doing more than they do. They then stated that they will never work with my Father again. We just got 2 vehicles new tires with them and they want to treat us like this... I will NEVER recommend Teller Tire to anyone!!
Great Customer Service! Had a small issue when having summer tires changed over to snow tires, but they were extremely receptive to my concerns and got the problem corrected. I will be a repeat customer and would highly recommend them to others.
This is a classy operation! Thank you to your staff for your quick assistance when we pulled in with a piece of rebar lodged in our tire. Shout out to Teller Tire in Divide. Had a total flat this morning, limped my truck there on a quick manual refill of the tire, and they had me in and out in 15 minutes for a more than reasonable price. I especially liked the fact that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need...even though I left the door wide open for them to do so. This is exactly why I shop local and independent. Kudos Teller Tire! Keep up the great work! You will definitely see me there again.
