Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Teller Plumbing & Heating. I first reached out on 2/3 and, after some back-and-forth, finally spoke with Danielle on 2/16. She scheduled me for an appointment today (2/24) but said she needed to confirm a specific time with Tyler and get back to me. Despite me calling both the office and Danielle’s cell yesterday (2/23) to confirm a time, I received no response. Tyler has fixed my furnace and replaced my water heater in the last 8 months. On both occasions he was there as soon as I needed service and got it done quickly with no issues. 100% recommend and will never use another company!
