The best credit union I could have ever joined. Always warm and welcoming for sure. Telhio is very blessed to have Nadia as a manager as she is one of the greatest managers a bank could have, she has helped me out more than once! Very pleased customer !
Most incompetent group of people I ever encountered in my life. I unfortunately have a car loan with them. Impossible to get help to make payment. They had me fill ACH form so we can automate the payment but they said won’t start till next month. Then they had me go withdraw cash from my bank and give it to them for this month payment. Only to find out the payment went through twice because ACH kicked in THIS month. They have no clue what they are doing and this will be escalated.
First time in with a friend. Met Manager Nadia who is an amazing ambassador for Telhio Credit Union. Beautiful building with unique shared common space with Crimson Cup. Telhio has some great meet/work spaces and 2 meeting rooms that can be reserved by calling.
