Once again, amazing service from the nice folks at Telford Cooling. We had an emergency at night on a bank holiday weekend (isn't that always the way!) and the owner called us to tell us that Eric was on the way. He got to us in no time and had the issue fixed within the hour. If you're looking for a reliable vendor that delivers outstanding service at reasonable prices, look no further! They've been looking after us for more than five years and we love those guys!

The technician, Eric, was knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and acted professionally. He was well informed, and diagnosed my situation quickly and had my AC unit running beautifully. They didn’t try to up-sell me, but treated me honestly and fairly. I will highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for all my hvac needs.

I have had a variety of situations where Telford needed to step in to solve some home issues. They are responsive problem solvers who do not quit until there is a good solution. They are the best I have found in the area and there work is terrific.

Amazing. I called mid morning to report a service problem with my gas pool heater and they have someone there to fix the problem within two hours on the same day. Love these guys.
