Called …. New system not cooling. Company/technician scheduled promptly. Adair spent the time necessary to find and correct the problem. Everything is working right now. Easy to sign up for a maintenance contract. Everything was explained very well.

I’ve never left a negative review and as a 17 year business owner clearly understand the challenges in running a business. However this company was horrific from start to finish and could care less. If you want your pool heater “fixed” 2 to 3 times or more “per” repair, not get called back by the front desk after multiple calls or the repair man for a week, then speak to a manager a week later on the now required 3rd repair, and get hung up on, this is your company. Very responsive, professional and reliable. All ver important to me. Erick called me with a heads up on his ETA, arrived and got to work quickly and efficiently. Was great at explaining everything and getting the job done all within an hour of arrival. Very knowledgeable. I haven’t tried to use my pool heater yet, but he assured me he tested it out and everything is working great. Looking forward to putting it to use. Thank you!
