Mark did great work at one time for a few of my properties. This time made I feel like I had called the wrong person. My 73 yo mother’s ac broke and I waited a week for him to come. On his way he called and she told him she was going to get the dogs in. When he arrived he could hear a dog bark and he assumed she did not have him up. She had him tied inside the sun room. He said if you don’t have a cage for him I am gone without knowing he would not have to go anywhere near the dog. He just left I called him immediately again... read more
