In order to support telewave, im buying from their competitor. Telewave cant order products anymore, and has no follow up with its customers. Poor experience left me feeling like i must buy from another manufacture ! If you get the chance to talk to them, they will forget about you. Maybe time to shut the doors! Sell the company. No one cares at telewave.

Oh the fall from grace! Customer service has issues! Cant order antenna or im not able to place an order unless i spend thousands. Not sure what exactly the issue seems to be, maybe just hard times for Telewave but either way, they have lost me as a customer and i will never recommend them to anyone in the Radio Industry any longer! The competitor seems much more appealing givin the circumstances that plague this once great company! Make Telewave Great Again!

I spent 8 years of my work career with this company from October 4, 1999 to October 4, 2007. When I arrived, the company was at "the height of its glory" with 110 employees and great sales in the US and all over the world.
