Terrible, terrible service. Their website is pretty great. They seem to be fantastic! Hah. The provider I scheduled with got super anxious about the technology, said "nothing works around here," and proceeded to disconnect the session at least 4 times. My phone shows she called 7 times in the space of less than 3 minutes. She then offered to get "them" to reschedule me. "They" never contacted me, but I did get charged for a visit.
