Great Customer Service I have a higher end big screen TV that had gone on the fritz. I didn't know what to do, since it was too big to transport anywhere. A co-worker recommended Teletech Service since they had used them several times in the past. I gave them a call, and they set up an in-home service call for within the week. The techs that came out were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They found the problem, and it was fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. Anytime I needed to call the shop, whoever answered the phone was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions. Hard to find good customer service anymore, and I highly recommend Teletech Service for any electronics repair, and will use them again

I had some "old" DVD players that hadn't been working right for some time, and my sister recommended Teletech after getting her TV repaired. I called them and instead of giving me a bunch of mumbo jumbo over the phone the tech suggested I just bring them in. I did, and within a week, they were all running good as new and the price was definitely affordable! It's nice to know there are some still honest businesses out there, that care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Great, fast, friendly service – It had been forever since I had to call a TV repair shop. My big screen was having issues and a friend referred me to Teletech. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable, promt and efficient they are. My big screen is no longer having issues and I am VERY satisfied with the service provided by Teletech and would highly recommend them.

this place is a complete rip off. We had 2 TV go out in the same manner, one was still under warranty and the warranty guy told us exactly what was wrong and gave us a ball park on what it woudl take to fix it. These guys said that it shouldn't be too much, to bring it in and for $80 they could tell us what was wrong and what it would cost. That $80, turned into an additional $90 before they would touch it, and than an additional $75 for different parts that they didn't know about in the first place and that's in addition to their hourly labor rate of $135. Or was it $125 because I got told both.

DON'T GO HERE – Still trying to get my money and my TV back. This guy is only interested in me taking my comments off the internet not in doing the right thing. $430 to fix a 37" LCD flat screen - I could buy a brand new one that's a whole lot bigger for that cost. Don't buy a TV from here - this is how he acquired so many - by ripping people off and then refusing them any service and keeping there TV's. this place is a complete rip off. Six weeks & $230 later, still broken – Turned in my 42-inch LCD TV on 28 May for repair, was told it'd be a couple weeks. Received phone call 16 June explaining the TV needed a $150 part, and it would be a couple more weeks. After no contact for a month, on July 12 I called and was told the part had arrived and the TV was assigned to a tech. Was promised a call back with status. Next day after no call I phoned and was told same thing; the gentleman at Teletech didn't know the status, didn't know how long I should expect to wait (yes, six weeks is normal) and got exasperated with my simple questions but again promised a call back. Next day I was called and told TV needed an additional $230 part plus labor to install. Total bill would rise to $640 with no promise the TV would be fixed and only 30-day warranty after repair. Paid my $230 bill and retrieved my still-broken TV after they had it six weeks.

Excellent service! – I had Chris out for some warranty maintenance on my big screen TV, and I am more than satisfied with the results! He went above and beyond what he was required to do, was very pleasant, and did it in record time. He was also very punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The lady who made the appointment for me was also very nice and helpful. (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name!)

Honest Service at a Fair Price – I've heard horror stories about electronics repair shops. My TV was too expensive to just throw out, so I had to go somewhere. I called the store where I bought it and they recommended Teletech Service. They were able to fix it quickly and it didn't cost a fortune. Most of my electronics are disposable, but it's nice to know I have a place to take my higher end stuff if it breaks down.
