1 year, 7,500kms, and $3,500.. my machine still has the same problem I originally took it in for. It actually works WORSE now than when i dropped it off. Although they did manage to sell me a brand new pinch roller and relapped the heads before they even diagnosed the problem they said they could fix. They also have the highest price for reel to reel tape. You can find cheaper tape at Duplication or Amazon. Patrick at Teletech is truly the man! John over at My Kind of Music recommended I get in touch with him regarding a Japanese 100V Luxman circa 2009 that I was having some issues with. After online purchase, they refunded me, without warning. No explanation. you are bad.
I felt scammed after being billed $100 and being told that I am better off buying a new unit. I went in a week ago to get my JBL Boombox 1 repaired, and they told me that they could fix it, so I paid a $100 deposit ahead of time. After not hearing back for a week, I gave them a call. They told me that I was better off getting a new one, or it would cost upward of $300 for the repair, and that price tag wouldn't guarantee that the speaker would be working.
