Ring Ring!! The Governor is Calling!!
Telephone building has to have one of the worst management ever. The manager is very unhelpful in addressing various issues. The elevator gets broken down like multiple times a month, no recycling, unresponsive on requests, but cares lot about getting new residents and renewal. I've seen the management treat the prospective residents very nicely, but that won't be the case once you sign your name on the lease. Please be aware.
