I was sent an email that we would have concrete work on our alleyway by Heidi. We would have to park on the sreet. After a week of parking on the street I emailed Heidi to say there was never any concrete work done on our alleyway and when could we park indoors. One week went. No reply from Heidi. I also left a voicemail and no response either. This organization is staffed by useless a wholes who know that homeowners have to pay their money so there is no customer service at all.
Working with Teleos has been a real pleasure. Angela, Kathy, and Heidi are kind, detail-oriented, seasoned pros. They clearly care a lot about the communities they manage.
This HOA property management company is an absolute nightmare. Due to their gross negligence in selecting an appropriate community insurance policy, dozens of homeowners had to spend ~$20,000 on a hail damage deductible. Instead of taking ownership for their mistake going forward, they've stayed true to their brand by DOUBLING the monthly HOA fees.
