I have had a great experience with the providers at TeleMind and recommend them to those that are looking for a new provider. However, their billing department has been the biggest issue and can be very frustrating at times. If you have simple requests, you will most likely not experience many issues. Anything complicated seems to get lost in translation and leads to a domino effect of issues as you continue using their service.
