Very unprofessional!!! The worst service I had received so far. I usually go there because there's not a long wait. Now it makes more sense, no one wants to go there. I had a blood test done. It's been almost 2 months that I'm calling, leaving voicemails and sending emails just to have a copy of my test results. No answers so far. I went there, no, I have to call or send an email. Nothing works. This is so frustrating!

Instead, they had someone call my minor son — who couldn’t answer the medical questions — even though the appointment was for me to speak directly to a nurse. When I called for help, I was connected to a third-party call center that said they would “email the clinic” and get back to me.
