⭐ 1-Star Review I paid $50 for a virtual phone appointment and never actually spoke to a nurse or doctor. Instead, they had someone call my minor son — who couldn’t answer the medical questions — even though the appointment was for me to speak directly to a nurse. When I called for help, I was connected to a third-party call center that said they would “email the clinic” and get back to me. This place is awesome. I was able to connect to a virtual doctor in an hour time. The prescription that were sent to doctor were received instantly and was able to obtain the medication with the dry insurance card right away. Highly recommend this place especially for someone looking for emergency consultation with the doctor. The staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information.
They charge you not only to get a referral note for a specialist, but also to “get your prescription”. Unbelievable this is able to run in Ontario as their practices are completely unethical.
